What a very long, hot and humid weekend! That said some absolutely awesome outcomes on both track and field for our little squad. The guys worked so hard over the Christmas holiday to lead up to the first major event of the year. With so many PB’s and even a regional record broken, it was a positive way for our athletes to begin 2018 and get some well earned recognition for their hard work at training.

It is rewarding to see so much hard work paying off for so many of these guys! For some this is their last LA’s state champs, so they will want to finish on a high. Well done all.
